Grainy Mustard Pork Tenderloin

This dish comes raw,marinated  & frozen.

Thawing: Place vacuum sealed product in tepid water for 30+minutes or in refrigerator 24 hours

Cooking: Oven Method: Preheat to 375F, remove plastic wrap. Line baking sheet or cooking vessel with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Cook for 30-40minutes.

BBQ Method: Preheat to med/high. Grill 5/6 minutes per side. Internal temperature should be 145-155F.

Ingredients: Pork tenderloin, grainy Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, thyme, sage, garlic, black pepper, olive oil & sea salt.
