Braised Lamb Shanks (Serves 4)



Braised and slow simmered in a balsamic reduction, this lamb shank is incredibly tender and fall off the bone delicious.

Ingredients: New Zealand lamb, carrots, onion, garlic, jalape√±os, fresh herbs, spices, balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, plum tomatoes, cornstarch, sea salt, black pepper. (2 x pkgs -each serves 2)

Reheats in the oven or stovetop.

CHEF'S TIP: These slow simmered beauties have a delicious sauce that must have a yukon mash or roasted potatoes by its side.
