Honey Mustard Salmon (Serves 4)


Product comes Frozen & Uncooked

Easy to prepare and loaded with healthy Omega-3 fats.

Ingredients: 4 x Atlantic salmon fillet, grainy mustard, honey, chives & apple cider.

Cooking Instructions: Thaw in tepid water for 15min or 24 hrs in refrigerator. Preheat oven 375 F, place salmon pieces skin down on a baking sheet lined with foil. Pour extra marinade over top of fish. Bake 15 - 17 minutes or until firm to touch.

CHEF's TIP: This lean beauty pairs beautifully with  7 Vegetable Lentil Curry, Vegetable Pesto Orzo, Asian Rice or Lemon Asparagus Couscous.
