Loaded with goodness! I can see why everyone wanted this back.  All in one side dish.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place tray in warm water for 30+ minutes or in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat conventional oven to 375°. Cover with aluminum foil and place on the middle rack for 45-55 minutes. This tray is also microwave friendly - just vent the plastic with 4 easy slits. About 4-6 minutes on med-high power depending on your appliance.

INGREDIENTS: Ontario Yukon gold potatoes, rutabaga, sweet potato, carrot, unsalted butter, milk, fresh thyme, sea salt, white pepper
