Black Bean Soup (Serves 2)
A delightfully filling soup, mildly spiced, high in fibre using real dried beans.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place vacuum sealed bag in warm water for 30+ minutes or in the refrigerator 24 hours.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Pour contents into a saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 2-4 minutes or until hot.
Microwave Method: Pour contents into a microwave safe dish. Cover to prevent splattering. Warm 2-3 minutes on medium power.
