Roasted Red Pepper & Sweet Potato Soup (Serves 4)

Bravo Chef Corbett!  A gorgeous combination of flavour with a smooth and silky texture.  

VEGAN | GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE

THIS PRODUCT COMES COOKED & FROZEN (2 x pkgs each serves 2)
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place vacuum sealed bag in warm water for 30+ minutes or in the refrigerator 24 hours. 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Pour contents into a saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 2-4 minutes or until hot.
Microwave Method: Pour contents into a microwave safe dish. Cover to prevent splattering. Warm 2-3 minutes on medium power.

CHEF'S TIP: Compliments well with fresh or toasted baguette.  Or add a few black bean cakes on the side.  A protein packed lunch or light dinner.
