PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Pour contents into a saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 2-4 minutes or until hot

INGREDIENTS: Green & red lentils, cauliflower, tomatoes, green peas, onion, garlic, ginger, lime juice, cumin, turmeric, crushed red pepper & sea salt.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Put rice in a microwave safe dish. Warm for 3-4 minutes on medium power. Voila! Best rice ever.

CHEF'S TIP:You can also warm the rice in the same saucepan as the DAHL if you are not a microwave fan or want to save a step. Just mix it all together.
