Dine in tonight with this this classic duo.

Melt in your mouth individual 6 oz beef tenderloins. Also commonly referred to as Filet Mignon. Cook in the oven at high heat or grill on the BBQ.   Paired with our famous fluffy Yukon mash.  

This tenderloin comes RAW, frozen and free of preservatives.

BBQ METHOD

  1. Rest: Let your steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Rub and season: Rub the steaks with olive oil.
    Combine the salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
    Rub the steaks all over with the salt and pepper mixture.
  3. Grill: Place the prepared steaks on the preheated grill.
    Cook the steaks for 5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature registers at 125˚F for medium-rare, or 130˚F for medium.
  4. Rest: Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest 5 minutes before serving.

OVEN METHOD

  1. Rest: Let your steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Rub and season: Rub the steaks with olive oil.
    Combine the salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
    Rub the steaks all over with the salt and pepper mixture.
  3. Preheat Oven to 425 F in a medium oven proof skillet, heat olive oil. Sear each side 2-3 minutes. Finish off in oven 8-10 minutes.  or until internal temperature registers at 125˚F for medium-rare, or 130˚F for medium.
  4. Rest: Remove the steaks from the oven and let them rest 5 minutes before serving.

Perfectly Fluffy Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:Yukon Gold potatoes, butter, 2% milk, cream cheese, sea salt, white pepper.  Thaw and warm in oven for 30 minutes.
Pantry item needed:  foil

CHEF's TIP:  This lean beauty can pair with any delicious side dish.  Go traditional with  french green beans and a dash of fresh parm.
