Grandmere's Famous Cauliflower Gratin
A house favourite. In our very own house!  This might be the best thing you eat all week.

Roasted cauliflower florets in a light white sauce topped with sharp cheddar cheese.

Re-Heating Instructions - Thaw in tepid water for 45 minutes or 24 hrs in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375 F, remove plastic wrap and bake on middle rack for 30-35 min until bubbling and warm.
For the last 3-5 minutes turn oven to BROIL until cheese is melted and golden brown

CHEF'STIP: Serve with just about anything! We suggest chicken, salmon & turkey.
