Grainy Mustard Pork Tenderloin
THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS RAW MARINATED PROTEIN.
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place 2 x vacuum sealed bags in warm water for 30+ minutes or in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat conventional oven to 375º F. Place pork tenderloin in an oven proof dish or on a baking sheet (line with parchment or aluminum foil). Bake 30-40minutes. Slice thinly across the grain to serve.

Rustic Apple Stuffing
Reheating Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator 24 hours or on countertop for 3 hours.
Oven method: Preheat conventional oven to 3750F. Remove plastic. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil. Warm 25-30 minutes.
Ingredients: White bread, celery, onion, granny smith apple, apple cider, unsalted butter, sage, sea salt & pepper.
