Honey Mustard Salmon (Serves 8)
GLUTEN FREE |DAIRY FREE
Easy to prepare and loaded with healthy Omega-3 fats.
Ingredients: 8 x Atlantic salmon fillet, grainy mustard, honey, chives & apple cider.
Cooking Instructions: Thaw in tepid water for 15min or 24 hrs in refrigerator. Preheat oven 375 F, place salmon pieces skin down on a baking sheet lned with foil. Pour extra marinade over top of fish. Bake 15 - 17 minutes or until firm to touch.
Chef's Tip: Serve with our 7 Vegetable Lentil Curry or Steamed Brown Rice, Cauliflower Gratin
