Ontario Roasted Turkey (Serves 4)
THIS PRODUCT COMES FULLY COOKED & FROZEN THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place vacuum sealed bag in warm water for 120+ minutes or in the refrigerator 48 hours.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat conventional oven to 325F °. Open & place cooked turkey in the silver tray provided. Add 1 / 2cup of water. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Warm 35-40 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and cut slices to your desired thickness.
INGREDIENTS: Ontario local hormone & antibiotic free roasted turkey breast (skin on), oregano, thyme, sea salt & white pepper.
CHEF'S TIP: The Turkey
It does not come pre -sliced (it has for the past few years). Now you can slice to your desired thickness.
This piece is very lean, all white meat.
