The Roasted Free Range Turkey

THE Turkey comes fully cooked, sliced & frozen

INSTRUCTIONS: Place vacuum sealed tray in warm water for 90+ minutes or in the refrigerator 24 hours.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat conventional oven to 350F °. Remove plastic & cover tightly with aluminum foil in the silver tray provided

Warm 25 -30 minute or until warmed through. 

INGREDIENTS: Free range, hormone & antibiotic free roasted turkey, oregano, thyme, all purpose flour, turkey stock, sea salt & white pepper. 75 % white meat & 25 % dark meat.

 
The Smotheringly Good Gravy

Put it on turkey. Or potatoes.  Or anything.
Serves 4 -6, but it really depends on how much you love to use!

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place vacuum sealed bag in warm water for 30+ minutes or in the refrigerator 24 hours.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Pour contents into a saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 2-4 minutes or until hot.
Microwave Method: Pour contents into a microwave safe dish. Cover to prevent splattering. Warm 2-3 minutes on medium power. INGREDIENTS: Turkey stock, herbs, flour, unsalted butter, sea salt & white pepper.

CHEF'S TIP: Just add the sides - potatoes, stuffing, mash, cauliflower gratin and save some gravy for a hot turkey sandwich!
