Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Todaysmenu Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions, and cannot be recovered if lost or stolen.

If you purchased an e-gift card online and the recipient hasn't received it, ask them to check their junk mail or deleted items. If they still haven't received it, contact customer service info@todaysmenu.ca  with your name, order number and the recipient's email address and we'll send you an email once we confirm the original hasn't been redeemed and re-issue to another email address.
