Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Todaysmenu Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions, and cannot be recovered if lost or stolen.
If you purchased an e-gift card online and the recipient hasn't received it, ask them to check their junk mail or deleted items. Some firewalls prevent gift cards from landing in the inbox. If they still haven't received it, contact customer service info@todaysmenu.ca with your name, order number and the recipient's email address and we'll send you an email once we confirm the original hasn't been redeemed and re-issue to another email address.
