Grainy Mustard Pork Tenderloin

THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS RAW MARINATED PROTEIN. 
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place vacuum sealed bag in warm water for 30+ minutes or in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat conventional oven to 375º F. Place pork tenderloin in an oven proof dish or on a baking sheet (line with parchment or aluminum foil). Bake 30-40minutes. Slice thinly across the grain to serve.

INGREDIENTS: Ontario local pork tenderloin ,grainy Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, thyme, sage, garlic, black pepper, olive/ canola oil blend & sea salt.
