Baked Tilapia (Serves 2)

Lean & Light. Tilapia filets dusted in a panko, reggiano cheese herbed crust. Bake in oven from frozen until golden brown. Crunchy and delicioius, todaysmenu prepared meals!

Place on parchment paper or a few lemon slices to avoid sticking

CHEF'S TIP: Serve with a side of  lemon asparagus couscous, fresh greens, veggie pesto orzo
