Roasted Sweet Potatoes (Serves 4)


Hand cut and marinated by our chefs' these roasted sweet potatoes are healthy, not greasy and so flavourful.  An excellent source of beta-carotene. But they also deliver good sources of vitamin A and C, and are full of manganese, calcium, potassium, iron, vitamin B6 and fiber.
CHEF'S TIP:   Cooks from frozen on the bbq also!
