This product comes cooked & frozen 
Oven cook time 35 minutes.  Have foil on hand.

CHEF’S TIP: This is a meal in one, but fresh focaccia bread  & market greens would be a wonderful addition to this delightful dish. Don't forget the Pinot noir.
