Broccoli Cheddar Soup (Serves 4)

Made with fresh cut Ontario Brocoli and a hint of sharp Canadian Cheddar Cheese. We love this recipe ! Great way to get your greens!  Just in time for school lunches.  A fan fav.

THIS PRODUCT COMES COOKED & FROZEN (2 packages of 2)

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place vacuum sealed bag in warm water for 30+ minutes or in the refrigerator 24 hours.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Pour contents into a saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 2-4 minutes or until hot.
Microwave Method: Pour contents into a microwave safe dish. Cover to prevent splattering. Warm 2-3 minutes on medium power.

CHEF'S TIP: Compliments well with fresh or toasted baguette.
