THIS PRODUCT COMES COOKED AND FROZEN

INSTRUCTIONS: Cooks from frozen.  Easy to pop out as needed and place the rest back in the freezer.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Place egg bites in a microwave safe dish. Warm for 1-2 minutes on medium power.  Or a conventional oven at 350 for a few minutes.

CHEF'S TIP: Heat before work, school and pop into a thermos. Toast your favourite bread for instant egg sandwich And you can never go wrong adding a side of fruit to breakfast. These egg bites are so versatile.

How to recycle: Rinse the BPA free bag and place in your recycling bin.
