Provencal Mashed Potatoes (Serves 2-3)

Goat Cheese & Herb infused yukon gold mashed potatoes.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 375ºF, wrap in aluminum foil & cook 25-35 minutes on the middle rack. Remove from oven let stand 5 minutes before serving. Microwave method - cover container with microwave safe lid & warm on medium heat 2-4 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: Yukon gold potatoes, 2 % milk, goat cheese, fresh thyme, sea salt & white pepper.
