Lentil Tomato Soup (Serves 2)

THIS PRODUCT COMES COOKED & FROZEN
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place vacuum sealed bag in warm water for 30+ minutes or in the refrigerator 24 hours.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Pour contents into a saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 2-4 minutes or until hot.
Microwave Method: Pour contents into a microwave safe dish. Cover to prevent splattering. Warm 2-3 minutes on medium power.
INGREDIENTS: Green lentils, white rice, crushed Ontario tomatoes, onion, fresh garlic, coriander, fresh squeezed lemon juice, cumin, cayenne, sea salt & pepper.
CHEF'S TIP: Compliments well with fresh or toasted baguette. A protein packed lunch or light dinner.
