Made with sun-dried tomatoes and chickpeas and packed with protein, these Quinoa Cakes are healthy and flavourful. For those of you who can’t tolerate beans you will be happy to know these veggie cakes don’t have a bean in sight. The quinoa provides a complete protein source and gives them a wonderful chewy texture at the same time.
