Roasted Red Pepper Quiche (Serves 2)

Right from Chef Paul's creative kitchen. A Classic Quiche with roasted red pepper and sharp Canadian White Cheddar.  In our view, quiche is not just for brunch! 
These pint size beauties do the trick. Quick & easy.

This cooks from frozen. (2 individual quiche per package)  Easy to just take out one and save the other for another day.

Fresh eggs, Roasted Red Pepper, Old White Cheddar, Red Pepper, 2% milk,butter, flour pastry shells

CHEF'S TIP: This makes a quick breakfast with fresh fruit or easy for lunch & dinner with a side of soup or fresh market greens.
 Remove shell from foil container and microwave 2 minutes.

How to recycle: Rinse the BPA free bag and place in your recycling bin.
